Girlfriend Problem

This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

Girlfriend Problem

My friend (no names here) has a problem with his girlfriend. She doesn't like him but he like her. What should he do?

Post Wed Apr 28, 2004 4:29 pm

Well, freealpha, there are a lot of ways this can go. You (probably) should befriend her until you know each other real well. Do NOT stalk her, I repeat do NOT stalk her. Once you all know each other you will know what to do. Note I'm talking about you and not your friend. There's no guilt on the web, just hackers, petafiles and normal users.

Give up or try harder.

Weren't you on here 5 or 6 months ago asking advice about girlfriends?

That's the oldest story in the book!

Yep, here it is ... How do you get a girl to like you?

Why not reread the thread you made, getting a girl to like you and keeping a girl is much in part the same thing.

Sir S

EDIT: You can also take a look at ff's advice board ( and notice ff's up coming dates as well ) for some more advice if you so need.

Maybe we should have an Ask Amy column as a sticky. Who should be Amy?

Since he wanted to be a female Klingon, I nominate Taw.

I would never take advice from Taw, unless it was something of a how-to in self-destructive nature.

There's only one option left, stalk her.

LOL, yeah, stalking always gets their attention.

I knew someone was going to mention stalking! *Shakes head* You guys are getting a tad predictable. Not that that's a bad thing; I hate suprises!

Here's a very revolutionary thought.... find out why? Maybe it is something about himself that he can fix? Like....maybe stop stalking her?

Post Wed Apr 28, 2004 7:29 pm

I thought this "friend" was already dating this girl. And if she stopped liking him, I don't think there is much he can do.

He already won the girl, but now she has chosen to leave.

don't ask me for girlfriend advice, I've lost that many (including some really beautiful ones ) and Mrs Taw doesn't count, that's different.

and what's wrong with being a female Klingon?

@ff.

Not all women are shallow, not all women are deep. Not all women go for muscular lunks, not all women go for brainiacs. Not all women drool over Brad Pitt's looks. Not all women drool over Billy Bob Thornton.

There isn't one secret formula that unravels the question of all women at once. The reason why is because most, if not all men, have basically only one thing on their minds. Women, knowing this, have had to try to come up with all kinds of different ways of acknowledging that fact based upon their own personalities.

What you are running up against is a group of people who already know what YOU want but who don't necessarily know what THEY want to do about it.
