I didn't get the first one, the second one was confusing until I understood what it meant, the last two were easy. So I guess 2 1/2

It's not so much a test of cleverness, more whether you can spot the trick bit before your mind jumps to a (wrong) conclusion. Some people can, some people can't even see it afterwards. (mentioning no names
