I got an odd Spam Mail...

This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

New Technology for the Third World, April 2004

Production Mini-plants in mobile containers. Worldwide Partners program

SN World Foundation will supply to countries and developing regions the technology and necessary support for production in series of Mini-plants in mobile containers (40-foot). The Mini-plant system is designed in such a way that all the production machinery is fixed on the platform of the container, with all wiring, piping, and installation parts; that is, they are fully equipped... and the mini-plant is ready for production."

More than 700 portable production systems: Bakeries, Water purification, Dehydrated food, Steel Nails, Fruit juice preparation, Tire Retreading, Reinforcement Bar Bending for Construction Framework, Sheeting for Roofing, Ceilings and Façades, Plated Drums, Aluminum Buckets, Injected Polypropylene Housewares, Pressed Melamine Items (Glasses, Cups, Plates, Mugs, etc.), Mufflers, Construction Electrically Welded Mesh, Plastic Bags and Packaging, Medical assistance mobile units, Sanitary Material, Hypodermic Syringes, Hemostatic Clamps, etc.

SN World Foundation has started a Co-investment program for the installation of small Assembly plants to manufacture in series the Mini-plants of portable production on site, region or country where required. One of the most relevant features is the fact that these plants will be connected to the International Trade System, with access to more than 50 million raw materials, products and services and automatic transactions for world trade.

Due to financial reasons, involving cost and social impact, the best solution is setting up assembly plants on the same countries and regions, using local resources (labor, some equipment, etc.) SN World Foundation participates at 50% (fifty percent) for investment of each Assembly plant.

If you are interested in being a partner in your country or region, you can send your CV to: SN World Foundation (click here) Worldwide Partners Program

Now, to the oddness of it...

I am not thoroughly sure why they are making "mini-plants" for 3rd World Countries...is there really a point in doing that?

Ok, helping 3rd World Countries is quite nice, but I don't think that "mini-plants" are really useful and i think they really don't need things like "Construction Electrically Welded Mesh" or Plastic Bags...geeesh...

Seems like perfectly reasonable stuff for a third world country that needs help. My question is why someone sent a request for a cv to a teenager?

aaa, great work, now everyone knows You don't even know to which it went to...

But anyway, yeah, why would they send it to a teenager?

But there are some points that are just plain daft. 3rd World Countries are surely not stupid enough to accept things that constantly pollute the enviroment with plastic bads...or am I wrong?

1st World countries use plastic bags. I doubt that they're talking about the kind you get at the grocery store. Most likely the kind they're talking about have a number of uses, not the least of which is sanitary removal of waste material. One of the largest causes of disease in poor areas is a lack of sanitation. Makes sense to me. If you think about it a large, strong plastic bag has a whole lot of uses when you're in a desperate situation.

Edit = By the way, if you're going to have a long, annoying sig could you at least keep it up to date?

umm.. you do realise most people have more then one email adress? Heck the one I have on my profile here I just use for lancersreactor (which also means the funny spam virus messages I get I know are a result of this forum cause I don't use it on any other). On other forums I use other email adresses. In all got 4 yahoo accounts I check regularly, and a school account. Might have made some others along the way also... but haven't checked them in years heheh.

now that i come to think of it.. i got another account stashed up somewhere....

but also.. i noticed a slight increase in spam activity ( which is usually very low) in my account..

I never noticed anything untoward, in fact, I have remained essentially spam free. Anything the computer doesn't recognise as normal mail from a human being is junked.

How did they get your email? That is the question. It's dodgy without a doubt. I'll ask again; Why do you people persist in opening emails from people you don't know?!?! *Shakes head*.

Note: Now I remember this Mullet guy. Someone shoot him. Please.
