If your 23 and you got a 28, thats not good...
You don't have to tell ME, Final .

Indy - It was credit-card sized; it was supposed to fit in your wallet.

stupid test anyway..
Get a score you didn't like, Taw?

You could say "Happy Birthday", pSYCHO .

Mustang/Final, etc - I know that it ain't good, but I suffer from a medical condition, so that adds a few years . I need to do more exercise too. Life sucks .

49.5 told you it was rubbish

Post Thu Apr 15, 2004 6:22 am

Before I tell you what I scored, I'd just like to say...what a load of crap that test is! Specifically...

1. I'm made to feel that "hair loss" is a disease, after choosing it I was asked "who diagnosed this disease?"...and then "how often do you take medicine for this disease?" ....!??!?!?!!!!

2. Under the question "If you are currently sexually active, are you satisfied with your sex life?", the choices were "Yes, I have a monogamous relationship (one partner)", "Yes, I have more than one partner", "No, I'm not satisfied with my sex life" and "I'm not sexually active".....I notice that they didn't add "No, I'm in a monogamous relationship" or "No I'm not sexually active - I'm in a monogamous relationship"...!! Clearly inaccurate questioning methinks!!

3. "Do you attend church, synagogue, temple, mosque, or other places of worship AT LEAST 1 time per week?"....this wouldn't be aimed at the american market by any chance would it?

4. Under "Please check below ALL the events that have caused you a great deal of stress in the LAST 12 MONTHS?"....the answer "I hate my job", which I feel is extremely relevant, didn't appear

5. I was never once asked either a) have you ever been an alcoholic? or b) have you taken enough drugs in your lifetime to start your own columbian pharmacy? - BOTH of which I personally think are extremely relevant questions!

so after all of that arsing around...it turns out that rather than being 29.3 (??!) I am in fact...wait for it...*drum roll*...27.4 *TADA*. Oooh that was worth it.

Besides, everyone knows, I may be 29.3, but I'm still 7 inside

The Church, ect catigory, is more for having things, places to relieve stress. But the test is a hoot anyway

@Esqy: Methinks that Indy's point was the fact you wrote wench, when i assume you meant wrench, but thats just me...

Oh yeh, what was I going to say, can't have been important...

hmm...

oh yeh, Happy Birthday

Post Thu Apr 15, 2004 9:39 am

@finalday sorry, I phrased that wrong, its just me being lazy...my criticism actually was to do with the part that said "AT LEAST once a week". So am I to believe that I would be less stressed if I was attending church 3 or 4 times a week? Not with my lifestyle - it would kill me! They could have asked "do you find time for yourself at least once a week?", which would have made more sense to me. Non-religious people can be healthy too! There were so many loopholes in that test it hurts...another example was "do you have a pet? if so, is it a cat, dog etc etc"...obviously tapping into the research that says people who stroke cats or walk dogs tend to be less stressed. fair enough. BUT...I look after my neighbours cat quite often and I walk my friend's dog, but I had to answer "No" to "do you own a pet?". It maka no sensa.

@esq...sorry m8 I forgot to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! and as its customary for me to sing...

*clears throat*

HHHHHHHAAAAAAPPPPPPPPPPYYYYYYYYYYYY BIRTHDAAAAYYY TOOOO YOOOUUUU
HAAAAPPPY BIIIIRRRTHDAAAY TOOOOOOO YOOOOOOOOOOOUUU!

Well I had to lie. Wifey was watching me when I got to the part about happily married, etc.

First off, Esqy, happy 23rd, Hope you enjoy it.
Second, whats this nonsense about real age?? I mean, in a month I turn 21, But I often get mistaken for being near 30. As for that test??? Its just as My esteemed fellow TLR user with knowledge of Psychology Stu Stated about an IQ test: Its a sham, it allways pointed to people That want to be young and virile, just so they can say: "Look honey, I was right after all. I am younger then my actual age bla bla bla". not to be completely left out, I took a similar test, but on a dutch site. It came up with the astonishing age of 35.3. Can you spot the Health departments too bloody obvious message???
