Griffon: your speech depends on your audience, if they are REALLY uptight people, you might want a striaght-to-the-point congratulations and a toast, if they are fairly laid back, perhaps an old story and some anecdotes, if they are tipsy or really happy(you get the idea of what im thinking) then tell an embarrasing story about ur brothers childhood and congratulate him.

Oh yeah. As the Best Man, you DO need to include some nice things to say about the Bride. Don't know about your customs but here, the Best Man has to toast the Bride.

Yes, just don't go overboard and say too many nice things about the bride; people might get suspicious...
