Nice work Stinger! We're all proud of ya. I've had my own corportate battles (damn Rivers), and I know how lenghty and exhausting they can be .

I actually got a personal phone call from the SBC Internet Policy department about this. When you speak facts, people listen.

Yeah, some of the time! I'm surprised they listened. Maybe they have good customer service.

When you complain hard and long enough, you're bound to catch somebody's attention. It may take a while, but you actually DO get through to somebody. They probably help you to shut you up, but at least something gets done about it. I hate having to bug people to get the ball rolling, but I'll do it.
