nice point, Stev-eh. Meself i think it's more a case of a lazy corporation trying to take advantage of the inertia of its customer base, certainly with regard to Stinger's issue. That one's only going to be dealt with by the weight of people having a go (i'd be moaning me bag off!) Boscoe's is/was more serious and has a greater status of wickedness as it takes advantage of the ill/convalescent, but insurance companies are notoriously miserly and will find any reason not to pay out, or no reason, they'll just stonewall "while checks are made" when there's only one check/cheque they should be making.
Seriously, I'm not making this up...I got a response.
Still, I'm not able to speak with anyone yet. At least the case number hasn't changed yet.

To whom it may concern,
My name is Robert Lordier. Ive been a customer of Ameritech and now SBC DSL Yahoo (whatever) for well over a year and have had zero problems with the service...until now.
Still, I'm not able to speak with anyone yet. At least the case number hasn't changed yet.
And I got a reply...no timeframe given of course.
Isn't it just quaint that I can not speak directly with anyone?
