This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

Birds

Since things seem to be going a bit slow around here, and to try and slow the impending rush of lock-hackers and the flood of spammers, i decided to make a thread about your favourite/most likable Avian.
Categories inclde: Species, Genus, Colours, Class, etc.

Mine would have to be parrots, in particular the cockatiel and cockatoo.

My pet cockatiel, a male Whiteface Cinnamon Pied.

Mine would have to be all the different species of Hawk, the bird of prey, mice and rabbits beware, etc.

As long as I don't eat one of those hidden Alka Seltzers, I'm my favorite Bird!

I'm Boscoe in disguise, hehehehe

Post Sat Apr 10, 2004 4:01 am

I swear, I'm going to be that bird someday! Watch what you eat Alka-Bird, I'm out to get you!!!

I went to Alaska almost 2 years ago with my daughter, and saw many bald eagles flying in the wild. They're beautiful, and are my favorite. And no, it has nothing to do with it being an American symbol, just that I think they're magnificent to watch in flight.

I like Rocs. Oh right, real birds sorry . I like many different types, but Owls are a personal favourite. They are aesthetically pleasing and graceful... at least when they're not flying into trees on foggy nights!

My thoughts exactly. If you can't eat the bird, what's the point of a bird, especially one that is suposed fly, being kept in a cage or indoors?

Don't get me wrong. I love birds but... they are free creatures of the air. Capturing them and keeping them earth-bound or cage-bound is kind of against my instinct.

And then again, there are pigeons. Rats of the air. You can capture all the pigeons you want.

I actually was under the impression that pigeons couldn't burp either, there is a way to find out i suppose *searches for alka seltzer*

Oh god, if mods are talking about if pidgeons can or cannot burp, the inspiration must have realy gone down the drain.

I can burp. I like birds. Now go and have a real conversation
