Best soundtrack

This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

Best soundtrack

To join in the recent spurt of "Best Whatever" threads, what is your favourite film or game soundtrack?

Mine is Homeworld 1's, followed by TA's then LotR's.

Soundtrack? That's a dead heat between "Gettysburg" and "Gods and Generals".

Signature? What's that?

Mine is Homeworld 1 Theme, followed by Matrix "Clubbed to Death".

I have to agree the Gettysburg soundtrack is really good, though I dont have it. Star Wars has some really good music as well.

The Star Wars soundtrack is very good (John Williams is great), as is the soundtrack to LOTR (apart from the third movie).

I must admit I find it slightly amusing that a lot of people quite willingly bash classical music and the like, yet are more than happy for it to form an integral and vital part in their films and games.

I like the Matrix Revolutions soundtrack.

TET - I like classical! That is to say that it is the only music that doesn't give me a headache . Besides, most people see music in films and games, etc as different, because it is designed to create atmosphere, and is not recreational. It works with the movie or game, etc and is not really written to operate independently of it.
