This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

no they didn't, they killed him forst time (sorta) brought him back as a glowy thang then brought him back as a hoo-man. That useless doctor chick gets killed off eventually. Macguyver gets frozen.
UPDATE - have you seen the plans for the ALL-NEW Stargate series, Atlantis? 'tis as bad as it sounds, nerd-daughter was squeaking about it last night, so it must be dire.

So the one which I saw with Macguyver getting frozen at the end - thats the last one ever? The big battle over the arctic one?
Thats a bit disappointing if thats the case - its not a programme that I chose to follow, but I do occasionally catch the re-runs if I'm particularly bored. They could have produced a better ending if that was the last one - if I were a massive fan I'd be well ****ed off.

Grom, I'm with you. I miss Macguyver too. dang good show. It was better though when he still had the jeep. I wish Anderson woulf do a movie of him, at least one last one. Don't know if Dana Elcar is still alive, but Michael DeBarges is and he was a good Murdock, macs nemisis.

Grom - yeh thats the last one, the Prometheus was good and the battle over Atarctica, nowt else though. think they saved up the sfx/cgi budget for that. I thought the X-fighters kicked @ss
Eskie- Stargate: Atlantis is an upcoming spin-off/follow-on, a new team is assembled (with token black NOT Coinhead, token woman, token geek etc) under Macguyver's command, he's gonna the General now, Baldy is up the President's @ss. (so presumably Macguyver gets unfrozen? who'd notice he's so lame anyway!) and they go to look for the Lost City of the Ancients which is, of course, bl**din' Atlantis. Zzzzz wake me up when its taken off the schedules. Later in the year aparrently. Betcha can't wait!
FD - Macguyver and the Lost Treasure of Atlantis, feature length TVM. Notice any similar themes between it and Stargate?

No, there is a token black guy, but it's not Coinhead. I think it's a T'au'ri. Macguyver doesn't get frozen, he gets thinged with a thing. Daniel can't remember anything, the blonde bit gets all earnest, and Coinhead says "Indeed.." a lot. Same as normal really. No spoilers there?
ok,
who's more wooden, Coinhead or Tuvok? (Coinhead)
Who's tougher, Coinhead or Worf? (Worf, don't be silly)
Who's got less hair, Captain Slaphead Picard or General Baldy Hammond ?(Slaphead)
Whos more earnest, Be'l'anna Torres or Samantha Carter? (Carter, but Torres is close)
Who looks fitter in a catsuit, Anise or 7of9? (T'Pol)
Who makes cr*pper decisions, MacGuyver or Cap'n Janeway? (draw i think)
Who are hammier, Klingons or Go'a'uld? (oooo - Go'a'uld. Klingons don't ponce about as much)

My name is derived from my first AD&D character. When I started playing, about 12 years ago, my DM said my first character should reflect my personality at first and grow from there. And after 12 years of playing the character, he has grown into quite a personality. It is kind of another personality of myself. The persona of Sanic is basically me, but more confident and calculating than I am normally. That is why I use the persona online. I have alot of fun with it. When I am writing or doing something, I always ask myself "what would Sanic do?" and always come up with interesting results. It is an ever evolving personality based on my own, with a hint of cruelty form time to time. (just for a little spice)
