You know you have been to TLR long when...

This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

"32. When You start quoting Sigs from TLR" I do this all the time

Post Sun Apr 04, 2004 3:53 am

You start using slang in regular life that you picked up from TLR.

Post Sun Apr 04, 2004 4:47 am

I've done that , and this:

...when you from 1st lieutenant to Captain in less than a month.

You got a problem?

Here's some more:
... You actually read peoples sigs.
... You change you name for fun (sorry Nickless )
... You start agree'ing with Arcon.
... You become a professonal typist from posting to much.

33. When you're halfway through a conversation with your girlfriend that reflects a thread on TLR, and you find yourself saying stuff like "aaah thats just like my friend the other day said..." and then completely avoid pointing out that you have no idea of the real name or even location of your "friend".

34. When you think its normal that people call themselves Taw, Indy, Arcon, Mustang, Stinger, Locutus and Wolfy.

35. When you realise that a good portion of your social life is held in the hands of a guy called Bargib, who could easily pull the plug at any second.

36. When you send £20 of chocolate to an unknown address in staffordshire....and then feel guilty 4 months later because you're behind on your latest delivery.

37. When a TLR member dies and you realise that even though you never met him, you knew him better than your neighbours.

38. When you consider the possibility of meeting in person 20 good friends that you've never met before.

... when you are considered a vet

.... When you actually call someone a Spammer/n00b in RL because he has nothing usefull to say.

Post Sun Apr 04, 2004 6:20 am

I did that all the ime, when one of my friends real stinks at a sport or when he can't even down a glass of vodka we call him a n0ob

I had a super Ego, but it was pestering me so I killed it.

When I shot it the bullet grazed my soul, and that bled to death too

@Blazeme- I went from n00b to Major in 2.
You now you've been on TLRtoo much when...
You think that's (above) something to be proud of.
