not a current show but in its day "not the nine o`clock news"
unfortunately as it tended to satirise current affairs it has dated badly
though it is amazing how some gags are still relevant just with different celeb figures to the ones the original skit was about

Well for one thing Boobah knocks them right out of the water. I was lazing around watching daytime TV once and saw that, who ever came up with the idea was on drugs.

@SS seasons 1 & 2 are available on DVD - but only in the UK - if you go to play.com they will deliver both internationally...but of course you'll need a multi-region dvd player to watch them. Well worth the effort, Bill Bailey (the bearded one) is a hero of mine

There was an Australian show called "Frontline" several years ago that was a comedy series about a news team. It was very amusing; great satire. Anybody familiar with it? Mustang? You should know it!
