It depends on what you think is funny. Personally, Have I Got News For You is my favourite, closely followed by Trigger Happy TV.

@Gromit, I loved the few episodes of Black Books that I've been able to see. Have you heard in your neck of the world whether they'll be putting out the seasons on DVD soon?

Seasons 1&2 are availbale on DVD in the UK. God knows how you'd find them in the US though. Season 3 is still being aired here so it'll be a little while before that reaches DVD
