@SW, not to belittle the idea, it would take years of work, but it could be done. Just have the problem of getting people to do it. As they would be out of a job for a while, so they could program. This is where dreams are born. A lot of those who made mods, may have thought about it. Never give up on your dreams, even if it takes a while for them to come to pass.

Not that it is very practical, butI thought of it this way, everybody helps, in their spare time, everybody doing something different. It would take ages to complete, but it is possible, and I think it would be a better game than any game any company could create. But ow well I guess ppl are not interested

It could be a good idea, but think of problems with coordination: no chances of meeting and exchaning ideas on-the-fly (nothing to do with pants, mind you! ). There should be sb to ccordinate everything. I'm not even speaking of the programming issues. Too complicated, I think.

zlo true, but you know what they say, if the human mind can imagine it,they can do it... if you set your mind to sth it can be done. If sth like this is ever done it will be extremely difficult but it can be done
