Windows XP Pro Encryption problem

This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

Basically your stuffed good and proper, wouldn't be very good encryption if any of us knew how to crack it. My only advise is if you plan of encrypting next time, make sure your encryption keys are backed up.

There's not much that you can do. Windows EFS encryption keys are randomly generated, and if you have lost the key... well, there are Windows encryption key hackers out there, but thery are hard to find (and can take a while to find the keys; if at all). You're supposed to use the "Backup" option which stores the keys, and even export the EFS settings if you plan on using a the encrypted files/folders on a different computer. Sorry fella me lad, I can't really suggest anything.

Best argument yet for using FAT32!
