TLR is by far the best site I have ever seen.
Other sites give cr@p downloads, EG,

Have long, cr@ppy flash intros

Need you to register just to LOOK AT BLEEDING SCREENSHOTS

Give no indication as to what goes where

Have forums filled with spam, flames, and one mod saying "stop it you guys, it's not nice"

This site, you know what is where, what to expect, the forums are well controlled, and people make quality stuff.
So, in short, I would just like to thank everyone here for making this site what it is.

I think the entire TLR community is one of the best on the web. The mods are strict but not cruel, the people aren't huge spammers and we have few flame-wars. We have lots of meaningful conversation.

In conclusion, thank you, all of you.

well, apart from the 5 page discussion on how Titan livers might taste, and how to cook them. Not excatly the most moot conversation we ever had, but it was very funny!

This begs the question, What is a titan liver? I have heard of chicken, calves, beef, pigs liver, but never a titans.

I think it's taken to be the central section of a Titan, because you only see that bit when you blast one apart

I haven't tried to join very many sites at all. I'd have to say that TLR was the first one that ever interested me enough to join in. And by this I mean that TLR was the only site I've ever visited that really made it seem worth joining in the first place.

Well, this is the only forum in which I have ever posted more than three times. I dislike "online communities" as a rule, so the fact that I am still here says it all.

Esq, and I guess the fact that you're port commodore screams it all. Actually, it's the same thing for me, pretty much. I hung out over at Freelancer Portal for a while but that was it.

Glad you fond the site good, we have the occasional rampant spammer, and i even had the thrill to witness one myself (Mullet, for some reason flame wars and spammers crack me up SOOOO much), but the mod team, with the recent addition of Chips(i think its about 10 mods now? confirmation please?), more than has the 'unspeakables' as such, under control

Ahh, that brings back memories, having the computer keep advancing on your invincible defenses

But slightly more on topic, I didn't expect TLR to be so addictive, I was expecting it to be more of a help centre than a community. Guess I was wrong...but I'm not complaining

I came here with a multiplayer problem, then i saw the editing forums, got hooked on modding, saw the off-topic forum, got hooked on.........this!!
