defend your castle!!
This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

I've totally sussed defend the castle now, I paused the game at level 20 because I was getting bored...its really easy if you do the first 11 levels a certain way. I'll leave it a few days and then post the method if anyone is interested.

Thought you guys might find it amusing to know that my castle has now become self-sufficient!!
It sits at the bottom of my screen and I maximise it occasionally, and click "ok" to start the next level. The castle is now 100% self sufficient, its up to level 29 and I haven't touched it for 9 levels! The walls are always 100% intact at the end of each level, my people never die (I'm expecting them to start breeding soon ) and its knocking me up about 250,000 spendable points per level - which I'm not spending!
I'm considering leaving it there for a week to see how far the bugger will run Does anyone know if it uses cookies for the save system? If I was to exit my browser and restart my machine will I still be able to retrieve my saved game next time I go to the web page? Can anyone test this for me?

no it doesn't. if you restart your comp, the thing is lost. the saved game will only stay intact while your comp is on.
EDIT: btw, to make your castle self sufficient, won't you have to have one heck of an archery range? since the rest are all actively controlled?
and how come none of your men die? even though nothing touched my castle, literally, i lose quite a bit of men.
