Try re-installing the program, and then removing it again. The other option is to edit the registry. Are you prepared to delve into the depths?

He, that's what I was thinking too.

I'll have a poke around and see what I can dig up starlancerace, Eskie will probably beat me to the chase though.

OK im back, this is your most likely option at this stage, however registry keys can be hidden in a number of places so nothing is guarenteed. I'm also assuming your using Internet Explorer.

First and foremost only follow the steps Im giving you here cause you can really do some damage to your system if you screw your registry up.

1. Click start and select RUN
2. Type "regedit" into the field and click ok.
3. Navigate to the following directory: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer
4. In this folder you hopefully have a "MenuExt" folder, if not the key is hidden somewhere else and this isn't the right fix.
5. If you do have a MenuExt folder, go into it and you should find your offending registry key. If not exit regedit and once again this aint your fix.
6. If you do see the offending key (and make sure it's the right one), delete it, close regedit and restart your 'puter.
7. Once you've restarted, the option, with any luck, should have dissapeared.

I hate going into the registry. There's always a chance that you'll delete the wrong key, and screw your system up. Unfortunately the uninstall programs that I use don't actually delete everything out of the registry as they should. I'm wondering if there is a simpler way of getting rid of those keys in the registry.

Try this

or look up in google for regcleaner download.

Both are shareware. You might still have to delete a reg entry, but at least it'd be presented in a very nice way.

It would help if you gave us more information. What exactly is the problem? Don't worry, there are no judgements here on TLR!

It's probably spyware.

@Esq: Yes there are, but they're cunningly disquised as supportive comments and jokes

Good one, Nick!

So, is there anything else that you want to know, SLAce? That it to say, are you happy now that it is gone?
