Memorial in Honour of Worth Whitcomb "Warlord Bob"

This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

I've been meaning to post a special thanks to Locutus, but I've been blobular and lazy. Much, much thanks, Locutus. My mom saved all the pages of the memorial thread for my brother, and the whole family appreciates the memorial. Long Live Locutus.

I am Gratefull for your Thanks Meryn.
Very gratefull indeed, it was a little thing to do for a comrade that allways tributed so much to this site and in particular the OT community.

He had a Kind streak of Nature which reminded me much of a friend of mine.
The reason that it became extra tough for me to do this is because this friend of mine died the same age as Worth 4 years before, 16, nearly 17.. I did one final thing, and that was also his last wish to his Comrades, Carry his Coffin to his final resting place.

Seeing the Note from Spectre, brung bak a lot of rather unhappy memories, but they also brought back a lot of fun Memory, Like the Fun I had with the Poor Guy.
In a way That same Thing was between Bob and us all actually, the fun we all had.
Your Brother put living colour on This Forum, The Living Colour and Light that His presence here allways shined.

May your the Spirit Brother Rest in Peace in The halls of Valhalla presiding next to all Warlords of his past age.

Dick "Locutus" de Boom

You only get one chance, so live life on the wild side. ~Apoth ((As many warlords as there are stars in the sky ...But only one Bob))

Yes, please feel free to hang out with us here. You don't need to have or play Freelancer in order to be here...more people in here haven't played Freelancer. So again, feel free to stay

please do stay! it gets kind of annoying having 99.9% of the members males, it would be nice to have a good ol girl on these good ol forums, how old are you?

cool sig by the way!

Bob will always be remembered for who he was, and will never be forgotten, remember that meryn, remember that

Post Fri Mar 26, 2004 6:05 am

Oh, I know Bob will not be forgotten. He's one of them 'unforgettables'.

To answer the age question, I beith a mere, feeble age of 14. And nowhere near as mature as my older bro, but I'll try to not get annoying.

Post Fri Mar 26, 2004 1:58 pm

Yeah, I think Sir Spectre said he hadn't gotten freelancer until like a month ago. You don't have to play the game, just be a part of the community.

Post Fri Mar 26, 2004 4:04 pm

Actually Steve, I had Freelancer, but I never could play it until I got my new computer a month ago. But I've been a member of this site since May of last year with full intention to one day be able to play it. I bought it some time in November, I played it for the first time some time in February. Just for clarification.

Hey Locutus, your links way up on the original post keep bringing me back to this topic. Just tellin you.

Post Sat Mar 27, 2004 3:32 pm

Steve, What links??
Do you mean the Link to the Memorial or The Links to the music,
if it's the second, please read the inscriptions
If it's the First, I cannot see because when I follow the link it comes to the Memorial.

Let me know OK??
thanx

The ones to the music. I solved that by right-clicking, then going to properties, address. You know.

Thanks to my welcomers! And a note on spammers (Which includes random senseless posts of nothing and people who TYPE IN CAPS) I try not to do such things, but if I do, promptly shut me up. Thanks again
