This really is a terrible event.
I'm not completely sure on the details, but I have heard that ETA had something to do with a shipment of dynamite. Apparently, these latest explosions look to be like those caused by dynamite. All of this evidence points towards ETA being the guilty party.
However, given the fact, which was brought up earlier, that ETA usually give warnings, there is a major eliment of doubt about them being behind this latest event. Another point to remember is that ETA usually target local authorities and government officials. In other words, they don't go after the general public. If this event was caused by ETA, there has been a major change to their tactics.
PS - Don't ETA usually come into action during the holiday period, when Spain is full of tourists? I think they don't like the way Spain has become a major tourist attraction, and they do this to put people off from going there for a holiday. Correct me if I'm wrong.
