I'd fly the Millenium Falcon if It had to be from a movie. If not I'd stick with a nice Sabre in FL.

The Midway from Wing Commander: Prophecy, always liked the look of that ship. If not that, then a Super Star Destroyer.

Perhaps it would be the Death Star (IIRC) from SW. Though the Mothership from HW or Cerberus from WC would also be nice. You see, I like safety - you never know what you're gonna encounter, so a lot of firepower would never hurt.
