Taking part in sports

This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

Taking part in sports

We've had a couple of posts over the the last few months about everyone's favourite sport teams. Well what about your favourite sports? As in those that you actually bother to take part in yourself?

Personally I've tried a variety of sports for varying lengths of time. i've tried trampolining, ju jitsu, kayaking, football, rugby, tennis, mountain biking, climbing, judo, squash, basketball, swimming and ultimate frisbee. Of which I only really got into mountain biking, rugby, swimming and judo to anything majorly above a beginners level. So what do y'all else play?

Sports? thats too much like work. Little league baseball when early teens. Nothing since. Too much exercise is unheathy. I may walk a little, but that is all.

Soccer and Baseball, both for about 5 years. Right now I do some fitness, but that's about it. Happy?

Edit: Damn spelling.

I ride my bike about two or three miles a day. Though I haven't done it today or yesterday because I got stabbed in the hand by a pencil and it still hurts if I handle the handlebars.

Fencing is awesome. Epee rules are the best.

Well, if its about The sports I watch on Television: I like Rugby (even though I still don't fully understand the game Rules) Biathlon, and Athletics (I absolutely love the 100, 200, 400 meter sprints, as well as Spearthrow, Polevaulting, jumping into a bucket of sand (don't know a Translation for that one, I mean both variants) and Horde runs)

The sports I practice are Scouting, which in My case means: Rowing, sailing and a few other activities. And Steel, We use what we call LelieVletten, 5,36 meter Steel boats with a 5 meter center mast made of wood, a sail of about 16 square meter. And a little sail up front (no spinacker). for the rowing we use the same boats only we use 3 meter oars, with a 4 man crew 3 of them take up the 6 rowing positions and one is at the helm.
The landbased sports we practice are: a Very Rough kind of Rugby with absolutely no rules at all, just as long no-one gets hurt (I always win) and a Variety of other sports.

The sports I practice Daily are mostly Running my ass off, Powerlifting, biking
I work for a secondhands store in the logistics and maintenance department
its a cool Job, although A> A strain on the back at times and B> a tad underpayed.
