Those vines. What kind were they? Many will survive what you did and start growing back rather quickly unless you were able to kill them at the "roots."

E.g. Kudzu. Those things are a perpetual problem and virtually invulnerable.

Not all the money is going to me, to make a new lot, I'd have to combine the backside of my neigbor closest to me (not any of the ones I've been complaining about). So he'd get maybe 35-40% for his smaller acreage.

@Indy, they will be dug up when the lot is sold for the use of a house.
Right now the ground is too frozen to dig it up. After walking around all over the place, it would like digging through concrete.
