Yes churchill was agressive no I don't think he was that smart the uS was never really neutral ever in either war. -americans supported there old antion many americans that had been her for a while supported the British Some thought we owed it to Lafeyytee. Wilson himself despite his neutral in thought and deed supported the allies th whole time. FDR did the same. Imagine the scandal if churchill actually did what you say he did and got caught!!!!!!!!
