Longhorn is all purty graphics and very little substance. Sure, it has WinFS, and encryption, but NTFS is more than adequate for the average user. The average user probably doesn't even know what encryption is! As for this "internet explorer integration", why is that necessary? How is tying IE into the OS going to increase performance?

Longhorn is just the codename for it, they'll give it a more marketable name once it gets closer to release. Like Windows X2P.

Is Wolfy making slightly more sense than usual, or is it just me?

i heard longhorn is being sold on the streets of hong kong for next to nothing, which is hilarous because its beta software. its not even supposed to be released for at LEAST another year. i MOCK the fools who buy it off the black market and then get pissed because its actually rubbish.
