For Sunday, we are having a 3 meat lasagna. But I'm going to cheat and use those new lasagna noodles that don't have to be boiled first.

Best sauce : Get a lump of cheese and a lump of butter, along with some BBQ sauce, put it in tinfoil in the oven so it melts, then put it on something. Meat if you're sane, spaghetti if you're feelin' lucky.

As I said before; cheesecakes! They are my specialty. People specially love my secret recipes, such as my famous "Mango and Lime" cheesecake.

I hate cheesecakes. The name is completely misleading.

*steps out from the shadows* did someone say cheescake?!

I love cheesecake, unless its polish...I asked for cheesecake in Warsaw and what looked like a harmless delicious looking piece of strawberry cheesecake was placed in front of me. I took one large forkful and almost choked...they make it with blue cheese...its truly disgusting.

I bow to anyone who can make a GOOD cheesecake...its an art I swear

I hate creamcheese. It's evil. It's waste of perfectly good cheddar.

Cheese cakes are, well, more like pies with graham cracker crusts. And the creamy cheese fillings are delicious. Whether made with creamcheese or Italian style with moscarpone cheese, it is just delicious.

That mango lime cake sounds great!

Time for my lunch break soon. Boy am I hungry now!

Post Fri Feb 13, 2004 3:48 pm

Oh, my cheesecakes aren't good enough for you Grom, is that it?!?!

I also make a mean home-made ice-cream. I remember that vanilla gelati I made with vanilla beans a few years ago... it was pretty damn good.

For those who like cheesecake, consider trying Key lime Pie. It is just about as good, espesially chilled..

1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons white sugar
5 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup key lime juice
3 eggs
1 pinch salt
1 pinch cream of tartar
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 lime
