taw you need to stick "www." in front of that link mate.
as for what to do with old disks...it raises an interesting question but with a very simple answer. We work with modern antiques, everything we play on or work on will become extinct in a matter of a couple of years. So the decision whether to keep it or not to hopefully make a profit in the future is entirely yours.
Personally I see it like this...
If its a machine, eg an old acorn, apple, amstrad, ibm, bbc etc, then yes its probably worth boxing up and sticking in your attic. You may be lucky, in 20 years it may be worth something, but on the other hand its probably only gonna be worth a giggle with your friends. But if its software - especially old operating systems (that were popular) such as DOS or win 3.1, just bin it or give it to taw's charity. Its worth nothing to you and will be worth nothing in the future simply due to its popularity at the time....and remember, to be worth something in the future it has to have something interesting about. So for example, if you were hanging on to the boot disks of RISC OS 1.1 from the mid eighties Acorn Archimedes days - THAT could be of interest in the future. Reason? they weren't as popular as they should have been at the time, and they had a lot to offer ahead of their time - in fact many people still say that RISC 1.1 is better than most operating systems of today and should be used as a model. But DOS? Naah, PCs were popular, everyone and his dog has an old 186/286 in a box in the garage, no collector will look at your disks in the future with interest.
So my advice is simple. Its worth nothing now. Its gonna be worth nothing in the future. Hand it over to charity so at least it can do some good....and you'll feel better for it.
