It's a bit of a tie for me between Fawlty Towers and Blackadder, Although, I wouldn't define BA as a sitcom.

Taw - I HATE Paul Hogan! However, Australia make great television! Like, erm, erm... aw hell, I can't even convince myself to believe that!

Anyone remembers 'Chef!'? I understand it was not a particularly good one, but Lenny Henry was gold in it.
