Although these threads are kinda amusing for the sheer spam of useless threads - may i suggest you pick up a book and look it up instead of making threads about it? It would
a) Be quicker
b) Be more informative
c) Be more to truth
When popping knuckles, the cartildige that protects the bones in the socket from rubbing together is being 'moved' and crushed badly as well. Also - ligaments holding the muscle to the bone are being strained as well, this is NOT good for your joints at all. Add to this that cartalidge can actually undergo a tougheneing up do to trauma and you have the fact that your joints will become less manouverable. Your cartilidge will wear down, or toughen up depending upon the abuse. Damage it enough and you will bugger up your finger manouverability enough not to be able to type ro play games!
Trust me, i got attacked, and my thumb underwent a severe blow (they kicked my front door into my hand). The result - one thumb (right hand) enjoys approx 30% less manvouerablility that the other one. Not much you may say, but very noticeable. Its annoying that it cannot stretch for things. Why? Cause the cartilidge has toughned up and may NEVER go back to normal. So its permanently buggered. What happened to my thumb was a bad cause of rotten luck, what your doing to yourself is wanton destruction.
