Life expectancy calculator

This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

@SS,

Yes, I can see it now...

"Your life expectancy is 91 years"
BMI is 22.84. I'm glad they had a metric version of that calculator How the hell should I know how tall I am in feet? Or how much stones I weigh? :S

89.2! Well that's a relief. I thought I'd live until 50.

The above post is true, and by true I mean "false". It's comprised of lies, but they are entertaining lies and in the end, isn't that the real truth? The answer is "no".

BMI: Body Mass Index...I think, check the site, it tells you.

Yeah. It's supposed to be a way to figure out how much of you is unnecessary and wasteful flesh, i.e. fat, as opposed to trim and lean stuff in relation to your overal physical size (mainly height). It is only a general measure because it cannot take into account bone density as a factor toward your weight or whether you happen to work out with weights and are heavily muscled.

Neither factor of which, of course, I am able to claim.

Post Sat Dec 20, 2003 2:23 pm

84.0 years thats o.k.

Post Sat Dec 20, 2003 5:09 pm

87.8. Not bad. I found myself answering no to almost all questions... wonder what that means...

BMI? Whoever heard of that! And stones? For you metric (sensible) folks there are (aprox) 3.28 feet per meter

Anyhoo, my bmi is only 19.14

Post Sat Dec 20, 2003 6:17 pm

Well, 20-25 is good, so you're only just below avg, wich is not bad. It's only an indication. I'm 17.54 or around that number, but I'm in good (physical) health. And I plan to live forever, so no BMI is gonna tell me nothing

BMI is body MASS index , it does not take into considderation if the mass is made up out of fat or muscle , some example of this is Arnold Schwarzenegger at his height as mister Olympia/Universe he comes out as (grossly)obese , the same goes for most people who are rather muscular

to do your own checks , here is a link to his measurements at that time

I know you have to remove the refrigerator door when placing it at the curb , but then the neighbours kid would get away for sure , damn moral dillema's

Queen did not do only the good die young, I think it's by Billy Joel. But Queen still rock. It's not spam, it's a correction of a great evil. --- VH16

Post Sun Dec 21, 2003 4:47 am

It said I would live Until 78.6 years which means I will die on (..)December of the year 2061 probably around the Winter Solstice

and all that just because I smoke like old faithfull (35 a day), and had unsafe sex a few times (3 and not THAT kind of sex,... just orals and stuff)

That can't be correct. And I agree on the BMI scale being a bit overrated.
Because I am rather muscular myself from lifting furniture and stuff and weigh in at about 96.5 Kilograms and I am 6' 3" long...Whoops, Tall. so I would indeed be grossly overweight, but the fact is I am not.
