Half-Life 2 Physics ?

This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

Half-Life 2 Physics ?

I was just wondering, with Valve's New Source Engine, will you be able to blow your way through walls like in Red Faction, or will it just effect the object's Physics only ?

On another topic, has anyone played Mace Griffen ?. In space combat the enemy ships are even dumber than the pirates in Freelancer, and that's saying something !. They have one attack pattern, fly straight towards you and fire, no moving/strafing to the sides or anything. That's what I call bad (or slack) programming.

No, in HL2 you wont be able to blow thru any wall. If any walls get blown apart, its probably scripted. Scripts are what made HL2 famous, imo.

And yah, Mace Griffon actually used the Starlancer engine. Havent played it though. Its not going to be released in North America for a while, iirc.
