How do you know if you''re gonna go up in rank on the TLR fo

I can't seem to find where it tells you what the requirements are before you advance to a new rank. I thought they'd be nice round numbers, like I thought I'd advance to Captain after 200 posts or something, but it was something like 215! Oh well.

Before you think of spamming this thread (every single one of my threads in Off Topic have been closed for spam, lol) could somebody provide me with the info, or even a link!
