EB said,

Like driving on the wrong lanes (theres a reason behind that)

Ok, I'll bite, why do you drive in the wrong lane?

Life: No one gets out alive.

I did a U Turn at night so i couldnt really see the signs and ended up u-turning into a buslane backwards. The street was split up into 3 different sections: 2 for normal traffic coming and going, the center was for the busses. And so im driving in the wrong lane and i finally realize it when im half way to the next intersection (there are islands separating the 3 sections so i cant just turn back anytime). So once i got to the intersection it was on a RED light, i wanted to get out of the lane so fast that i ran the red light and nearly hit this other car which was going the perpendicular direction. LOL. We both swerved, no one got hit. I peeled off into the dark My gf beside me didnt have her contacts in so she had no idea what happened.

OMG EB!

What's really embarasing is getting stuck in the middle of an intersection because you tried to go into the opposite direction lanes (when protected by a green arrow). It was one of those wierd intersections where everything doesn't line up correctly. Broad daylight, hordes of soccer moms picking up thier kids, me blocking entire intersection

I left quickly

I was just driving to get 2 new tires, because it is icy, wintery and very slippery here right now. On my way to the appointment, my car slips and does a complete 180 on the street. Fortunately, I hit no one and my car was fine. Have new tires and a reallignment, I am no longer afraid of doing another 180. Nothing like waiting to the last minute. Phew!

Sounds like you waited till after the last minuite! There's one reason I'm glad for the lack of snow here.

@WLB, I made the appointment two days before, so while the time to have my tires changed was after the last minute, my idea to do it was at the last minute.
