Yes, the RILMS hotel...I can see it now...5 lvls. One floor full of ancient weapons and training rooms, the next more of an SnM place, the third a garden, the fourth a mine shaft, and the fifth floor is all white rooms.

@RILMS, you're kinda corny in that bizarre-strange sort of disturbing way.

I'll take that as a complement

@RILMS: are the white rooms padded by any chance?

@comont 45 minutes by car?!! man thats a big place! I appreciate you pointing out the venetian as being a good honeymooners type of place, but to be honest as we'll have 20 of our friends with us its not gonna be too romantic anyway! We see it as an extension to our wedding, the honeymoon will start 3 days later when we hit san fransisco.

The Excalibur sounds nicely tacky enough for us I can't wait to see this reconstruction of Sherwood Forest, I think I'll spend the entire 3 days killing myself laughing Looking forward to the "british" accents too...I've already had quite a bit of fun with the hotel's answerphone...I don't know where they got these actors from but they sounded more ukranian than english

We originally wanted to stay in the Luxor but our budget simply didn't stretch to it - gonna go and check out the pyramid when I'm there though, it looks awesome.

As for chapels - well the idea is to get a "blessing" performed by elvis. We're going for full on tack. Preferably I want elvis - "the drugged out years" - I'm talking fat, dribbling, huge sideburns elvis. Romantic

This block of chapels you talked about - whereabouts are they? How long would it take to get from the excalibur?

@ Nickless,

Perhaps....I'll have to check the design plans and get back to you.

@Grom:

You and your lady both want this Elvis tack + other Las Vegas highlight schtick, right?

Post Tue Nov 25, 2003 11:43 am

@indy - absolutely, the tackier the better....call it the "ultimate people watching project" if you will. The elvis thing is just a bi-product of the vegas experience, we're not huge elvis fans or anything, hence we want the bloated, alcoholic, drugged-up elvis rather than the clean cut rockabilly.
