there's a few things you need to take into account.
A) Do you actually have a .gif file you want to use?
How much memory does it take up?
People on slower connections will find pages take a lot longer to load if you have a complicated large animation.
I only use one single small gif file and repeat it in my sig, I also only use my sig once in a while so it doesn't get annoying or slow down all the threads.

If you've got those 2 sorted all you have to do is have your gif file hosted somewhere on the net and use its URL in place of the one in current use for your jpeg.

yeah i done all that but it still didnt work do i change the jpg. to gif in the signature ... cause ive tried that and for some reason it still dont work

That is a great animation. Simple and effective but not lagging.
It makes me want to start using a graphic signature.

sorry blade, I can see your gif works normally, I honestly don't know why its not working in your sig....have you emailed any of the mods about it?

its still there but for some reason it only works if i have that page up
