Cool game feature (just discovered it)

As today was halloween I got bored so I went to play Simpsons Hit & Run. As I came on Main Meny I noticed something that was not here earlier this week...the simpsons house was halloween decorated

, at first it got me all spooked up..I was like wtf how the f-ing game knows what date it is today, than I rememvered that PS2 has a date and time.

Anyway I just think this is a nice feature, and it would be cool to be seen in some other games. Just think about it...GTA for example, while you play game it gets dark at the same time it gets dark at your place, it would be realy something...

Monkey Island 3 you can look at the town clock and the character Guybrush will say. "The time will be <current time> and <current seconds> at the beep ... Beep." Obviously from the computer clock.

The game as a whole is really funny, so that was a nice touch.

Black And White also had this cool easter egg in it. The monster's footsteps would be hearts on Valentines Day and smilie faces on April Fools, IIRC.

Simpsons Road Rage (i have GC) also has something like this. On occasions, a secret car would open up.
