update on being stuck please help

I am stuck between mission 4 and 5. i have met with tobias and purchased the ship. in fact i have since purchased the crusader heavy figher and i have lots of money. i cannot level up, i am stuck at level 8. i have been all over bretonia, leeds and cambrige and cannot find juni. i am stuck in the game because it wont level me up and i cant find juni..what should i do?

Your not supposed to look for Juni, she talks to you. Gets some jobs and wait a bit.

check your stats and make sure you dont need to increase your net worth

Now that ive added my 2 cents, im going to get back in my box.
