This email will self destruct in 30 seconds

This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

Microsoft offers 'self destructing' documents

The latest version of Microsoft's hugely successful Office software suite launches on Tuesday, with its most eye-catching feature a new ability to make documents and emails "self-destruct".

that would be of virtually no use for any legit purpose i can see

Post Wed Oct 22, 2003 12:46 pm

what? what about spam? hell, if spam companies implemented this feature, and set the time limit for like 3 seconds, i would be more than happy

but yeah, anything which you would delete because its secret information, like when you sign up to something and they confirm you bank details or passwords or whatever by email. Stuff like that you'll want to make a hard copy of then delete the mail. or private secret emails your office would send. or to secret agents...theres loads of uses

The feature is to protect law breakers and politicians from having their emails used against them in court.
