Anyway on with the discussion! I wake up around 7 usually and get up soon after to go to school

at weekends I dont get up until 10 at the earliest.

Technically I wake at 6:00 am but I don't rise until 6:30.

As for weekends it really depends on what happened the previous evening.

I'm with Arcon on this one, but, for arguments sake lets say I went to bed, ordinarily its 7am, but if I have a fight coming up its 5:30 followed by a 2 mile run and a bit of training and meditation
