This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

there are three ways we can describe the Starlancer forums if TLR was a town.....
they are either the ghettos, the old folk homes, or the graveyard

BTW Rilms, you said to contact you if I wanted TNG 1.6. As it is now proved a hoax, I will just get it from StarFyre when they're done with their new upgrades. I don't at the moment have the capability to play Freelancer. So I have no problem waiting.

Tis all good my friend. Why are you unable to play FL?

@RILMS, a combination of problems: a broken CD-Rom and fried VG card (I'm using an old one). Right now, I'm riding this computer until I get some more cash for a new one or until it dies, whichever comes first.

This is going to sound stupid, but, what is MSN?

I have a hotmail account with them, is this the same thing?

Please educate me. (Preferably with out flaming and calls of stupidity).

ICQ stands for I Seek You and is a tool to chat with other people using the same program. You can download it from their site www.icq.com

With MSN people mean a tool they provide, namely MSN Messenger, which is pretty much the same thing as ICQ. Check it out here. If you have a .Net account (such as hotmail), than you can chat with other people who also have MSN Messenger. Just add their .Net email address and you can see when they are online (if they are signed in on Messenger) and than you can chat with them. You can also see if you have any new messages send to your hotmail address. Really convenient. In my opinion, Messenger is way more popular then ICQ, so I should go for that.

Hope this helps

Yes.

I am still stuck in the... uh... place without MSN, AIM, YIM, ICQ etc. Probably because I never really cared. My e-mail is in the profile. Go nuts
