OO! OO! Pick me! I don't have the game (yet) cause i dunno if my system can handle it but I can't wait to play it. What exactly does this division of yours do?

What do we do?

Er, well, play? Win? Lose? Have fun? Thats about all you can do really We have a few people already interested, from our Freelancer squadron and other divisions, although none of us actually have the game yet! We play the demo though.

The games very different to Freelancer (in that its a RTS) and basically what you do in a clan is well...have matches against other clan players, and then boast about it afterwards =P, or maybe take part in a ladder or competition. Nothing like Freelancer where clans "declare war" on other clans and fight them all the time, in this type of game its a little less aggressive and there is little distinguishment between "friendly" and "hostile" clans as in Freelancer, you play against them just the same whoever they are, when you play a match against another clan its like sport, you don't "declare war" on them and become hostile.

Of course, there are people with bad sportsmanship who view winning or losing as a matter of life or death

PS. What system do you have? Works fine for me with PIII Geforce 3, that sorta thing Minimum specs:
Pentium III 833 MHz, 256 MB RAM, Windows 98/ME/2000/XP, DirectX 9.0, 32 MB DirectX-compatible video card, DirectX-compatible sound card, 16x CD-ROM drive, and 1.6 GB hard-disk space

I know what it is... big HW1 fan.. played onlina a bit. So its a clan/armada sort of thing basicly and we get to put /ME/ or watever the clan abrev. is after our name (!)?

I have an Intel 815 card. dunno how that rankss on the scale, but it shure dosnt have a cool name like "GeForce"

Umm, that should run it ok, just keep the graphics settings down a bit (turn shadows off, that seems to help alot.)

I'm not sure what you mean, are you asking what the tag/name format is for the clan? Its [RN (be sure to add the [ at the end, forum takes it out) and then your name, no spaces. So like [RN Griffon_26.

Cool! I Always wanted to fit in I tried the demo, but neither of my comps would run it. Aparently thats a common problem. My computer whiz friend is in town so i'll ask him what he thinks about the card. Don't wana waste 50 bucks

Ooooooooooooooooooh!! stick me in!! tho i have to admit i won't be able to do much on school days, i will be fast about sticking up a fleet of salvage vettes and cloaked fighters within the 10min. then just about any initial fleet is under my command (btw, i don go for caps too early)
