high school punishment

This week in Indiana all of the freshman and sophomores have to take our state wide test, ISTEP. So the Juniors and Seniors from my high school get to go to the local movie theater and watch movies for the next three days. I thought it was going to be a great day until the movie started today and i learned of the rest of the week.
Day 1 (today) - Citizen Kane
Day 2 - Gone With The Wind
Day 3 - Some Variety of Little House on the Prarie...

Ya, the first one is good..or so I've heard. Gone with wind is a classic, but a chick flick. And I like Little House on the Prarie *remembers the show*

ok. firstly you're a fool if you miss citizen kane. secondly, you should try to watch gone with the wind once just so you can say you made it through it in one piece - also, girls love it, so it will come in handy if you can reference it later in life. finally, there is no such thing as a "little house on the prairie" movie, so either you couldn't be bothered to find out the real name and are potentially missing a spaghetti western classic or you live close to the most incredibly wierd cinema in the world that enjoys playing 9 years worth of crap tv back-to-back to torture kids....so which is it?

seriously though man, citizen kane, a classic, watch it.

Citizen Kane is great movie as is Gone with the Wind. It's true that their wasn't any cinema movies of Little House, they did make a few made for TV movies of the holiday varity type. They were ok but I guess the women liked them real well and the weekly series too.

Apparently tommorrow the little house on the prarie is going to be a compilation of what the teachers would call the four greatest episodes. Today i did absolutely nothing but play my game boy advanced sp. These are the days that i really love the built in light in the dark theater.
