If you're talking about the 12year old thats getting sued by record companies - believe it or not I think its a great thing (bare with me a sec before flaming)!

Think about it this way...you, me (*cough* thats not legally binding, I deny it *cough*), everybody, downloads stuff from kazaa...they want to clamp down, so what to do they do? they sue random people! sooner or later (luckily sooner) they will hit some poor defenseless kid...which they did....now follows media outrage..."12 year old to be sued"...."12 year old faces £100K fine" etc etc...so what will they do? they will back down...trust me they will have to at some point...which in theory will stop them sueing random people.

Now lets look to the future, they will decide "ok we can't sue random people, lets choose who we want to sue"....and then follows...."why are you sueing me and not him? I'm gonna sue you for defecation of character!"....record companies back down again.

Its like a never-ending circle. Its all pants

(all sympathy for the family of the 12 year old though, that must be a killer, but at least they've got the public sympathy I suppose)

It just sickens me to read stories about babies put into waste bins or poisoned,etc-- when there are women like Goddess who would love to have a child of their own. My prayers to you Goddess and I know the pain your going through as the wife and I lost our 2d and 3rd child both daughters back in the early 70s. Yes I know, at least we had one child then, so we knew we could have children that lived. We waited 3 years after the last one and were blessed with another boy and a daughter. *HUGS* to you again, Goddess.
