Pizza Delivery guy.

Don't know if some of you non-"yanks" have heard of this but an america pizza delivery guy (basiclly our backbone of our food industry) had a bomb strapped to his neck and was blown up. He was forced to rob a bank before but police got him. He was killed instantly. Also a co-worker of his also died a few days or weeks before. No one has proved that they are connected. The guy said that he was forced into it and hinted that someone made him do it. The FBI is being stupid.

I was watching the early show. The FBI analyist doesnt think that "he would have known the time because the guy who made the bomb told him how long he had, and even if he did, its unlikley. Why would someone tell them how much time they have unless they are a sadistic satanist crazy man".

that's how i interrpreted it.

That's just plain stupid, someone who isnt crazy will still do this.I know we all dont want to believe that someone would sacrifice someone elses life. But in plain fact most people probably would. If our FBI cant think up of more theroies than that then we have an issue here. I would also like to quickly note that on the week of timothy mcveys execution they had found "missing" documents. My social studies teacher at the time had said before hand that they would find something. Now what does that say about our FBI? Timothy Mcvehgy (how ever u spell it) was executed a month later. If he did do it he shoulda been executed on the date they set. Also its been known that some top terrorist leaders met near the OKCity bombing area in 1995.

ill bet there arent many pizzas delivered cold for a while !
but i personally would think not tipping is sufficient retribution for cold food

How come I have never heard of that pizza bomb guy? do you have a link to a credible news site? who killed him? the bomb or the police?

To tell you the truth, if I was police or FBI, I would not believe him either. Come on, if every time a criminal claims that "that guy made me do it!" or "the voices told me to!" they let the man go, we'd have no convictions at all. How convenient!

About McVeigh, they found some new evidence that might have exonerated him. So they postponed the execution, just in case he was actually innocent. Big deal. At the end the judges decided that he's still just as guilty, so die he did.

hate to tell you this...but any Brits who didn't hear about it should be ashamed...it was all over the BBC and ITN news, front of the BBC website and on the yahoo.co.uk site....not to mention the front cover of all the major papers the next day (except the Star, which I believe led with "Jordan has alien child" or something else as ridiculous!).

I thought it was horrific...but I think the bit that got me the most was that on one of the news channels it said that the police held the guy for over TEN minutes while he was screaming "what the f*** are you doing? get this think of me! its going to go off!". And I've got to be honest, apologies to all yanks on this board, but my first thought was "f***ing americans, why is nothing ever straightforward for them?". But I take it back now, because looking back at it, if it was on a major public street (which I presume it was), there's not a lot they could have done.

Its a really sick stunt though....I'm surprised that the FBI haven't found the last house he delivered to yet. Or have they and we just haven't heard?

They should get Tommy Lee Jones on the case, he'd sort it!

anyway everyone in the world (from my expiriance with playing against people from around the world in games) is sterotyping america by a small group of americans. You think americans are stupid, fat, illogical, and sterotype alot. Well if that is the case the that chunk of the world that hates us is american. I mean some are fat. Most are illiterate and uneducated (this is mainly based on british,american, and other countries documentaries on regions like africa,asia,parts of europe, and latin america), they (arabs) are illogical in thinking that allah wants innocent people to die, and they are sterotyping us.

most americans are just honest, decent, hard working people just trying to survive. So what if we seem ignorant and arrogent? If you start acting like us you'll become us. Besides the fact that our government is almost completely out of our (the american people's) hands now. The Government and Economic things of america have basiclly merged too much now. Just like the Churches and Kingdoms of yore were. Anyway, not to go off like a rocket there. IT's just when i see "stupid yank" or something in a post, it just gets me angry because other people don't try to see it from our sides from different points of view.

Anyway about the pizza guy i think our FBI is being incrediblly stupid. I could solve the damn thing in prolly 20 minutes.
