1. The plugin you can get here, absolutely free and spyware-less. That plugin is the best app that has ever come out since Winamp itself. I highly recommend it to everybody. Don't forget the skins here
I suggest you prepare your popup blocker before clicking the link.
2. My windows skin is "MacOSX". Search for it in Theme XP. My skin manager app is TFTSoft's StyleXP.

Too much work to show you my desktop, it's nothing special anyway, but I get my backgrounds from Greg Martin a guy who does amazing things with photoshop.

anybody who likes greg martin but want a varietie check out GFX artist.it's a mix of amateurs and pro's
