Did Anyone

This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

kids watch it on Sky and love it. bores me to tears now but i used to enjoy it. watch that Fort Boyard sometimes but only for the bird.

I LOVE the crystal maze!!!
i used to watch it EVERY day in the summer holidays when it was on, but it had to be Richard o-brien and not that poncey Ed Tudar-Pole. i ALWAYS wanted to go on that show, it was ace, and you could easily see how to do the tasks, it was great. Loved future zone, thought that was the bee's knees.

any watch the Krypton Factor either? that was another beauty. i wanted to go on that too. mainly for the obstacle course, but i also wanted to do those 3d puzzles as well.

ah, the old game shows used to rock

oooh, does anyone remember the short lived show "scavengers"? i think it was with john leslie on ITV...i never watched it, but the idea seemed good

fort boyard sucked, there were only 2 reasons for watching that show and theyre what gave mellinda messenger her career

Yep The Crystal Mase was the best, Richard O'Brian was the best presenter by far.

Did anyone see him in the DND movie?

"A TopGun through and through"

Post Mon Sep 01, 2003 1:45 pm

yeah, wasnt he the crime lord...and jimmy olsen had to do these loser quests in a bastardised "jabba's pallace" scene. that film was truly crap, although its hard to ahte something with thora birch in it

my wife and daughter who love all that dragons and fantasy guff went to see DnD film and thought it was absolute pants, the worst film they'd seen in years, and they watch some right old rubbish.

Thora Birch, huh? very cute little girl, does a brilliant english accent. the question is: does she do the voiceover for the Madonna/Paul Oakenfold track "what it feels like for a girl" i think so as the voice sounds identical to her accent in "the Hole!

Richard o'Brien will do any old rubbish (it's a job luvvy) as will Jeremy Irons, which is a shame as HE actually is a quality actor. If you think he's past it or gets crap parts, I can only recommend that you see "Waterland" i wasn't a big admirer of J.I. until I saw this film and it really made me appreciate just what a good actor he is.

Richard O'Brien is god. Nuff said.
