My Class Schedual;

This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

lets see, i'm starting my 2nd year of university in about 2 weeks, and i still can't get into the only 2 classes i actually need before i can start my degree (physics, then probably education). calculus is full, so i can't get in, and calc is a co-req for physics, so i can't get into that either....

plus i have to take an evening class 2nd semester...Statistics once a week from 7-10...and you know how tempting that will be to skip/sleep through....only problem with that is that you miss one class, and you've missed an entire week's worth of info.

this should be an interesting year

I haven't slept for 10 days because...that would be too long...

@Arcon.. i so want to be you.. all games stuff?? man.. how did you get therE? what did you have to take? mathematical physics? why on earth would you need that for games development?? i know FL doesn't put in mathematical physics into effect.

7.30? whats that then?

6am I recognise, thats club closing time I believe.

Haven't been in Uni for years now. I spent 5 years in the su bar, had an attendance rate of approximately 0.5 lectures a term (semester) and still walked out with 2 degrees! My advice is drink a lot and read books while you are waiting for your next pint to be poured...then at the end of the year, cram cram cram! Worked for me

i did a dimploma in Computer Science then applied to Bolton Institute of Higer Education. Its piss easy to get into mind.

You just need experience with maths and computers.
Physics & Maths is VERY important when programming computers, not just games (physics for games). i mean all games now have physics engines of some sort, and maths is just pretty much vital.

where are you from anyway?

@Xeno, didn't drop out, I finished school, but didn't bother to start a new four years of education. Took my diploma's and explored the jobmarket. Suits me just fine
