I'm writing 6000 words worth of papers in 3 days. Serves me right for waiting at the last moments...

probably yacht racing on sunday aside from that a fairly quiet w end

yacht racing u lucky man. My wife made me sell my boat so she could have a caravan. Which has stayed on the drive since we got it because I refuse to take it anywhere in protest. I want my boat back.

Ok, I see what your problem is. Next time wife asks that you sell something, sell the wife instead. If there are no takers, offer money instead of take money to be rid of her. Now that she's gone, you can resell the caravan. With the money acquired, purchase a new boat, or a new wife, whichever is more urgent.

i'm house sitting while the family go down to kent and i dont know how to cook so i'm having a record number of barbeques in a 2 day stretch. I'm also gonna lounge around in my underwear and not close the door when i'm using the toilet. (anyone else done that? its alot more fun doing stuff when people arent in the house, or even the same county)

30ft boat?? what kinda boat is that? more like a decked ship. what are yachts anyway? they are the little canoes with humoungous sails fitted on the top with an equally humoungous balancer thing attached at the bottom right? but they are supposed to be a one-man ship.. no? or is it one humoungous thing..

oh and why would ur wife want a caravan?? no offense but its a bad taste and an insult to road vehicles IMO. (imagine GLE with his learners permit in a caravan)

she wanted a caravan because I think she's part gypsy, she's def. part Irish! I hate caravans ever since my dad forced us to go on the most miserable holiday of my life when I was little to Aberystwyth in a leaking old caravan in mid-October 1967 (because it was cheap) i didnt want a caravan and I didnt want to sell my boat but you know what its like when a woman makes her mind up. She had this bizarre idea that a caravan would be for "us" i.e. the family, rather than a boat which was for.. me.

Hopefully we are going motorcycle riding. Another one of my new addictions besides PC games

Drinking. Definitely. What else is there in this lousy world to do?
