Van Wilder Discussion

This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

lol. sorry about the last post I think I was in a bad mood that day! The van wilder thing though...I wasn't taking the p*ss - that IS actually the plot! As for Jackass, maybe I was a little harsh, but I really can't stand it. Its not funny. At all.

Aliens is a superb movie, but I still prefer the original. The third was watchable but a shame and the fourth...oh dear.

Drunk movies for me are usually anything that involves violence, sex or no plot whatsoever...or all of the above preferably.

Hungover movies usually involve anything that doesn't involve loud bangs or explosions, and the kind of humour I laughed at when I was 12....Van Wilder fits the bill perfectly, as does American Pie or any other trashy american college movie...or in fact any Pixar movie.

C'mon Gromit be fair m8. Much as I agree with virtually everything you say, you've got to admit that Toy Story was hugely enjoyable, and Toy Story 2 was beven better. "No Buzz... I am your Father."

i watched Spriggan while drunk at the weekend at my sister-in-laws and it's even more bloody ace when you're totally hammered! Tried to watch Ringu too but got scared and went to bed, couldn't sleep thinking of Sadako coming out of the well (brrrrrr) so went downstairs to pull the telly plug out and fell over the coffee table. Such is life.

..you think you're done with the past; but the past isn't done with you..

thats actually a class story, the irony works well, with a bit of adaptation that could be seamlessly put into a tv show. hmmm?

lol. it is actually quite a watchable film. By the way, I love Pixar movies, just because its a hangover movie doesn't make it a bad movie - I must have phrased that wrong before. Its just those films take "no effort", know what i mean?

ooh yeah I forgot to mention...there's something about the plot of Van Wilder that strangely reminds me of an episode of "Neighbours" I watched once. Or maybe I was just dreaming.
