why are people so fat? being fat has NO benefits at ALL, your unhealthy, not pleasent to be around, you sweat FAR MORE than you should so concurrently you smell. you have to pay extra for specially sized clothing, you cant do hardly any exercise so youre not getting any healthier.
with this in mind why do people eat so much and get fat? i'm not talking about the man who has a pub lunch every day and has a beer gut, or a girl with a big arse, i'm on about the beached whales who havent seen their feet since the christmas video. It is a combination of diet and exercise that determines someones appearance. Some people do a lot of exercise but because they eat too much food ie consuming more calories than they burn each week through activity they do not lose weight. One pound of fat equals 3500 or 3900 calories. So if someone wanted to loose weight (or if they are a bodybuilder get a ripped appearance) they need to make sure they do enough cardiovascular exercise to burn 3500 or 3900 calories every week. That could be one hour a day to some bodybuilders doing 1 hour and a half to two hours exercise a day. Muscle is important as well as they can make you burn calories even at rest.
Also someone who is not used to exercise might be a slow runner so they may use less energy during one hours exercise than a better athlete would.
The type of food they eat is also signifcant. High fat food will lead to viseral fat whereas lower fat food may help you look big but lean at the same time.
